Accommodation, meals, housekeeping, linen, and recreational services are provided. According to the plan of care, a higher level of personal care support is provided for scheduled and unscheduled care needs. A health care aide provides health Ccare services on an unscheduled basis. Depending on the individual’s needs, scheduled professional care (nursing, rehabilitation therapy, etc.) will be provided through Home Care and coordinated by a Case Manager.
